Privacy
Applies to the website and the application. We extend this document as legal review and processor contracts progress; every change is dated.
The operator's identity is being finalised. Until then the contact point is info@creaitor.cz. Until a company number and address appear here, we sign no paid contracts.
1. Data from the contact form
We process your email, an optional name, the platform, the need you picked, your revenue band and the message text. The purpose is to reply and possibly agree on working together. We also store an irreversible fingerprint of your IP address and your browser to defend the form against abuse. With your consent we may also write to you about further development — that consent can be withdrawn with a single message.
2. Calculator results
The amounts and rates you enter are stored without your identity so we can check how the estimate differs from reality. If you attach a calculation to a message, we link it to your email. The calculator needs no data about your customers and has nowhere to store any.
3. Data inside the service
We work with your catalogue, financial summaries and — only where it is demonstrably permissible — with the history of individual customers. For each purpose we first set the legal basis, the necessary fields and the retention period. Your consent to connecting an account is not consent from your customers: purchase history of adult content can, depending on context, reveal sensitive data, and that needs a separate assessment including whether an impact assessment is required. Until that is done, we work only with the schema, with summaries or with a synthetic sample.
4. What we never do
- — We do not infer sexuality, health, loneliness or financial vulnerability.
- — We do not link customer identities across platforms. An identical nickname proves nothing.
- — We do not sell or pass on fan databases.
- — We do not use your data or your customers' data to train models without explicit authorisation.
- — We do not send message content or private media to analytics or advertising tools.
5. Retention periods (proposal for approval)

Accounting records and documents required by law have their own regime; automatic deletion must not conflict with a legal duty. The periods above are settings for review, not a claim about a universal statutory period.
6. Your rights
You may ask us for access to your data, for correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object. You can also export your own working material from the application at any time. Send requests to info@creaitor.cz. Statutory data subject requests are handled as a separate controlled process, not as an ordinary export.
7. Processors
The application and the database run on a server in the European Union. The list of further processors (the AI provider, the email service) will be added together with the processing agreements before paid operation. For the AI provider we specifically check that its terms, region and retention regime fit the intended processing.
