Terms of service

1. What the service is

CreAItor is an advisory tool. From your data it suggests what to prepare and what to offer to whom. The decision and carrying it out remain yours. We are not a payment platform, we do not collect payments from fans, we provide no legal, tax or accounting advice, and we do not replace the platform you create on.

2. What we do not promise

We do not guarantee higher earnings, reach or number of sales. Recommendations are models based on the available data and may be wrong or incomplete. When there is not enough data we say so instead of passing an estimate off as certainty.

3. Your obligations

• — You are of legal age and entitled to the content you upload.
• — You hold the rights and the necessary consent of everyone depicted in the material.
• — You follow the rules of the platforms you create on. The service does not circumvent them and will not help you do so.
• — You do not upload other people's paid content or fan databases obtained without authorisation.
• — You respect your customers' refusals and contact bans.

4. Prohibited use

• — Content involving people whose legal age or consent is not established.
• — Passing automated communication off as a live person in a misleading way.
• — Targeting a price or an offer at an individual's inferred vulnerability.
• — Moving fans or platform media to a competitor.
• — Attempts to circumvent permissions, customer isolation or service limits.

5. Your data and your work

Your material, catalogue and plan remain yours. We take only the permission needed to provide the service. Export of your own work is available throughout the service and on termination, to the extent that is demonstrably portable.

6. Availability and limits

We do not guarantee availability. The operational target is 99.5 % per month for the core application; availability of third-party platforms is reported separately and we are not responsible for it.

7. Payments

Subscriptions are paid in advance for the plan period. Prices exclude VAT. Entitlement is verified server-side against a confirmed payment — returning from the payment page unlocks nothing by itself. Invoicing is available by arrangement.

8. Termination

You can end the service at any time, with no notice period. After it ends you can export your data, and deletion follows the retention periods in the privacy policy.

9. Liability

We are responsible for providing the service with professional care. We are not responsible for your business decisions, for the conduct of platforms, or for lost profit. To the extent the law permits, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the last three months. This limits neither consumer rights nor liability for harm caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

10. Changes

We give advance notice of any material change by email. If you disagree with a change, you may end the service. Czech law governs.
